End User License Agreement

1. License Grant

TGB grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the TGB mobile application on your personal device in accordance with this EULA.

2. In-App Purchases

The app may offer in-app purchases for premium features, subscriptions, or content. Key conditions for in-app purchases:

  • All purchases are processed through your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store)
  • Payment will be charged to your account at confirmation of purchase
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
  • You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your device's account settings
  • No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period

3. iOS Specific Terms

For iOS users, the following additional terms apply:

  • In-app purchases are subject to Apple's standard terms and conditions
  • Refunds are handled through Apple's refund policy
  • Subscription management is available in your Apple ID account settings
  • Prices may vary by region and are subject to change

4. Android Specific Terms

For Android users, the following additional terms apply:

  • In-app purchases are subject to Google Play's terms of service
  • Refunds are handled through Google Play's refund policy
  • Subscription management is available in your Google Play account
  • Prices may vary by region and are subject to change

5. Free Trial Terms

If we offer a free trial:

  • Free trial period will be specified at the time of signup
  • You will be charged the full subscription price after the trial period ends
  • You can cancel during the trial period to avoid charges
  • Only one free trial per user is allowed

6. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
  • Distribute, sell, or sublicense the app
  • Use the app for any commercial purpose without permission

7. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. We may terminate this license at any time if you fail to comply with any terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the app.

8. Disclaimer

The app is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TGB be liable for any damages arising from the use of this app, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
