1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the TGB mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our app.

2. Description of Service

TGB is a meal planning and recipe discovery application that helps users:

  • Discover and browse recipes
  • Plan weekly meals
  • Save favorite recipes
  • Get cooking instructions and tips

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate and current information

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the app or interfere with other users' enjoyment of the app.

5. Intellectual Property

The app and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TGB and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the app's availability, accuracy, or reliability.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TGB be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the app.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the app immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

9. Free Trials & Subscription Terms

Free Trials

Free trials provide full access to the app for the duration stated at sign-up.

Unless cancelled before the end of the free trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan, and the payment method provided at sign-up will be charged.

We are unable to offer refunds where:

  • A free trial was not cancelled before it ended
  • A subscription payment was processed correctly
  • The request is based on forgetting to cancel or misunderstanding the trial terms

10. Billing & Payments

Subscription payments are processed automatically at the end of the free trial period.

Once a payment has been successfully processed, the subscription is considered active for the full billing period selected (annual).

Prices, billing cycles, and renewal terms are clearly displayed before checkout.

11. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the platform used to purchase the subscription (e.g. Apple App Store, Google Play, or web checkout).

Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not reverse or refund a payment that has already been processed.

Access to the app will continue until the end of the current paid period.

12. Refunds

Refunds may be issued only in cases of genuine billing errors or technical issues caused by us.

Where subscriptions are purchased via third-party platforms (such as Apple App Store or Google Play), all refunds are subject to their respective refund policies and processes.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or amend these subscription terms at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page and apply to future subscriptions.

We will notify users of any material changes via the app or email.
